"48 Hours" on Saturday focuses on Shayna Hubers murder trial
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - 48 Hours delves into a murder case that gripped the Tri-State. Shayna Hubers shot her boyfriend, Ryan Poston, to death in his Highland Heights condo. Investigators called it murder, she called it self-defense.
"This was never a story about whether she did it or not," says Peter Van Sant of 48 Hours.
He says that while the Tri-State knows the story of Shayna Hubers, 48 Hours has been working on its story for a year. Prosecutor Michelle Snodgrass took them into the evidence room, they talked to Shayna Hubers' mother and got a look at the 100,000 social media messages Hubers sent to Poston before his death.
Van Sant calls it a fresh look at a fascinating case. You can see it Saturday, April 23 at 9 p.m.
