Abortion Facility Could Be Shut Down

Updated: Thursday, October 17 2013, 06:44 PM EDT
SHARONVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) -- An abortion facility in sharonville may be forced to close.

The Director of the Ohio Department of Health Recommended last year that the Lebanon Road Surgery Center's license be revoked.

That decision was upheld by an independent examiner.

One of the reasons the clinic came under scrutiny: it does not have a transfer agreement.  That is a written agreement for transport to a hospital in case there are medical complications.

The clinic has ten days to respond to the state before the revocation is final. Abortion Facility Could Be Shut Down
