Kids attend My Nose Turns Red circus camp on spring break
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Forget about sitting on the couch for spring break, hundreds of kids each year are now getting plenty of exercise with the help of "Circus Fitness."
For every kid, or kid at heart, there's something for everyone when it comes to Circus Fitness. They have physical education, hand eye coordination , teamwork, and physical fitness. At the spring break circus camp many of the kids keep coming back!
Nine-year-old Xuan shared, "Me and my sister have been doing this for four years now."
It's a great way to get kids off the couch. From some kind of embarrassingly simple ab work to some of what Xuan calls the "tough stuff," Circus Fitness focuses on everything from better balance to better posture. The real focus is something everyone could learn from Circus Fitness: the climb to the top is a whole lot easier when you have people to lift you up along the way!
The cost of circus camp starts as low as $65 with "My Nose Turns Red." They run all year and in the summer.
