Journey to parenthood: Parental Hope offers IVF raffle
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A local group that supports those struggling with infertility is offering something very special to a local couple.
A special event, called “Journey to Parenthood” will help raise awareness for those who have struggled with infertility.
One mom, named Jessica, is part of the team that helped put the event together.
As part of the event, anyone can go online and buy a raffle ticket for free IVF treatment, which includes medication. It was donated by the Institute for Reproductive Health who have an office in Hyde Park.
They are only selling 200 of the tickets, and you do have to attend the event to win, but for one lucky family, it could really change the future forever.
“Parental Hope” was started by David Bross and his wife, after their own battle with infertility.
“After our own personal battle with infertility, we really wanted to give back to those who are battling it themselves, and we organized a group of other individuals who had gone through and overcome infertility to create Parental Hope,” said David Bross.
This special journey to parenthood is a cocktail expedition to battle infertility.
It's Saturday, April 29th at 7 p.m. til 11 p.m. at the Centennial Barn.
Tickets for the raffle can be purchased ahead and they are $100 each, they are only selling 200 of them. Ticket prices go up on April 15th. There are conditions for purchase.
