PASADENA, Texas (KPRC / CNN Newsource / WKRC) - A man in Pasadena Texas led police on a high-speed chase and streamed the whole thing on Facebook.

Police say the chase started after a search warrant served at the home of Erasmo Hernandez in Pasadena, Texas.

That's when Hernandez jumped in his car and fired up his Facebook Live for his friends to watch the 30-minute chase.

"It's not something I've seen in my career here in law enforcement, however, it's the sign of the times. Everyone posts everything on social media nowadays," Jessica Ramirez of Pasadena Police said.

The chase ended shortly after Hernandez's car got a flat tire.

The 35-year-old faces charges of felony possession of a weapon and evading arrest.

Police also say the Facebook Live video can be used against him in court.
