Mom who recorded viral bullying video addresses backlash over Confederate flag posts
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The mother of Keaton Jones, who recorded the viral video about being bullied at school, addressed the backlash over other social media posts which show her and her son with Confederate flags.
Kimberly Jones, who was behind the camera for the emotional video had this to say to CBS News about the controversial posts:
The only two photos -- the only two photos on my entire planet that I am anywhere near a Confederate flag. It was ironic. It was funny.
When asked if there was any racists intent behind the photos, Kimberly said:
No. No. Absolutely not. I've said I spent most of my life being bullied and judged because I wasn't racist.
