Moving forward to November: Mayor Cranley says he'll work harder
EAST PRICE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - John Cranley didn't get the most votes on Tuesday night but he's still moving on in the race.
He spent the evening with supporters at the Incline Public House in East Price Hill, where he spoke with Local 12's Brad Underwood.
Cranley stressed that he will be working harder for votes heading to November. He said that voter turnout should be better in November.
He hopes to convince voters who supported Richardson to switch to voting for him.
Cranley received 34% of the vote compared to Yvette Simpson's 45%. Rob Richardson received 20% of the vote.
Cranley and Simpson will face off in the November election.
