Local 12 Investigates: Charitable Pay
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) is one of the biggest and best run charitable organizations in the country, raising and distributing tens of millions of dollars each year to address major issues in the community.
In 2018, UWGC will take the lead in tackling a new, major initiative: Childhood Poverty. Local 12 News wanted to know how much the President and CEO of UWGC, Robert Reifsnyder, was compensated.
Local 12’s Duane Pohlman investigated tax documents of several United Way chapters and sat down with Reifsnyder and the UWGC Board Chair, who both defend the CEO’s pay.
