Viral 'Cash me ousside' sensation pleads guilty to drug possession and grand theft auto
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - The teen girl known for her viral catchphrase uttered on daytime TV "Cash me ousside, how bow dat?" has plead guilty to juvenile criminal charges related to offenses committed against her mother.
14-year-old Danielle Bregoli attended the court hearing with her mom and attorney.
Bregoli pleaded guilty to grand theft, grand theft auto, possession of marijuana and filing a false report.
She faced the charges over separate incidents where she allegedly stole from her mother and falsely called police to report her mother was using heroin.
Her sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 22.
Her father, Ira Peskowitz, also attended the hearing.
"How much more proof do you need that Danielle continues to spiral out of control without any responsible adults looking out for her?" he told WPEC in a statement.
"She's a 14-year-old girl who now has convictions for grand theft and drug possession. What kind of an environment is she living in? Her father is the only responsible adult in this story that's worried about Danielle's welfare. Everyone else, from her Hollywood agents,to her body guards, to her mother all seem to have other priorities."
Peskowitz continues to fight for custody of Bregoli, wanting to remove her from the spotlight.
Danielle and her mother recently relocated to Hollywood, to film a reality series.
A custody hearing is expected to be scheduled in July.
