Could you give up sugar for a year?

VERMONT (WKRC) -- Eve Schaub, along with her husband and daughters Greta and Ilsa, spent all of 2011 eating no added sugar.

The author recently released a book on her experience, which she named "Year of No Sugar".

Schaub and her family cut out a list of 13 added sweeteners, including high-fructose corn syrup, agave, honey, artificial sweeteners, and fruit juice. They didn't lose weight. Instead, they had more energy and were sick less often.

Schaub released this video recently of one trip to the store, detailing how difficult the process became.
