With the exception of Fayette, Union, Franklin, Butler, Ripley, and Dearborn County, a Flood Watch will be in effect for the entire Tri-State from 7pm tonight through 2pm Wednesday. All but Fayette, Union, and Franklin County have been placed under a Winter Storm Watch from 12pm Wednesday through 1pm Thursday. 1-2" of rain will fall in the Flood Watch through Wednesday afternoon. A few to several inches of snow will accumulate in the Tri-State from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon.
