Researchers say there are both right and wrong ways.
Sleeping on your stomach puts too much strain on the body because you have to crane your neck in order to breathe, putting unnecessary pressure on the neck.
They say the best position for sleep is on your back, but even that isn't problem-free. You're more likely to snore from that position.
