7:20 a.m. --- Saturday, April 25, 2015
Good morning! Clouds are already here and so are a few spotty showers. Rain will increase in coverage through the morning. Most of it will be relatively light for the first half of the day. Temperatures will slowly warm into the low 50s with heavier rain expected this afternoon with a few thunderstorms as well. Some of these storms could be on the stronger side, especially in Northern Kentucky.
Rain will taper down Saturday night with spotty showers lingering into very early Sunday morning. I think the area will be dry by sunrise Sunday. Temperatures will be warmer, getting into the low 60s Sunday afternoon with decreasing clouds. Skies will stay cloudy longer farther south and east.
Next week will remain fairly quiet. Temperatures will gradually rise through the week with times of sun and clouds. A chance for spotty showers will move in Wednesday and Thursday. Most of the rain looks to stay south of area, so don't worry just yet for Party in the Park or any other mid-week plans!
