Families of Victims to Talk to Parole Board

Updated: Wednesday, November 20 2013, 12:33 AM EST
CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Family members of another victim of a local killer plan to speak out against his bid for parole.
Gall was convicted of killing Lisa Jansen in 1978. The 12-year-old was
abducted while walking to school in Columbia Township. She was raped and
murdered and her body was found in Kentucky.

Gall was sent to death row in Kentucky, but his conviction was thrown out after the courts found him incompetent.

Gall is now up for parole in Ohio.

On Wednesday, Jansen's family will ask the parole board to keep him in
prison. The board will also hear from the brother of one of Gall's other
victims, Beth Ann Mote of Dayton.

Her brother will read a letter to the parole board that tells about the nightmare his family has endured since she was killed.
