LEESBURG, Ohio (WKRC) -- Four people who broke into a woman's home as she claimed her dead husband's body get jail time.

A construction accident in Wilder killed 53-year-old Robert Allgood in September.  When Allgood's wife, Valerie, went to claim his body, her sister, Mary Young, two nephews, Josh Deets and Ronald Murphy and one of the nephews' fiancee, Tracy Shorten, ransacked the Allgoods' Leesburg home.

They are accused of stealing guns and 10,000 dollars.

Keets and Murphy pleaded guilty to burglary and theft and were each sentenced to six years in jail.  Young and Shorten were found guilty of burglary and sentenced to three years in jail.
