Grand Jury Declines to Indict Stabbing Suspect

Updated: Thursday, November 21 2013, 11:03 AM EST
CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A Clermont County grand jury declined to indict a man who'd been arrested for a stabbing.

Police had said that 22-year-old Jeffrey Reynolds, Junior stabbed Dylan Farris during a fight on Dunbar Road in Franklin Township on November 10. Farris was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Deputies say that Reynolds had told them that the stabbing was self-defense. He told them that he had been assaulted by a group of people. The grand jury decided Reynolds should not stand trial on a felonious assault charge.
