No Indictment in Bonnaroo Crash that Kills Two People

Updated: Wednesday, December 4 2013, 10:36 PM EST
A grand jury in Tennessee refuses to indict a truck driver on more serious charges in a crash that killed two local people.

Deja Morris and Brandon Wilson were on their way to the Bonnaroo Music Festival when a truck, driven by Stacy Colvin, plowed into their car on a Tennessee interstate.

Both were killed.

Officers cited Colvin for failing to exercise due care.  Family members believed Colvin should face a more serious charge.

Morris's family traveled to Nashville to protest Wednesday.  Investigators say Colvin broke no other laws.
