A Freezing Rain Advisory will be in effect for parts of southwestern Ohio and southeastern Indiana from 7am to 1pm Tuesday. Roads may be icy Tuesday morning. A Flood WATCH will be in effect for Hamilton, Warren, Clinton, Highland, Clermont, Brown, Adams, Switzerland, Ohio, Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Owen, Pendleton, Bracken, Robertson, and Mason County from 7pm Tuesday through 2pm Wednesday. 1-2" of rainfall is forecast in the advisory area from late Tuesday through early Wednesday.

Unidentified Teen Dropped Off at Local Hospital

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WKRC) -- Police try to identify a teenager brought to Atrium Medical Center unconscious.


Two men driving a black Dodge truck with no tailgate dropped off the teen at about 10:30 Sunday morning.  The boy is African-American and between the ages of 14 and 16.  He has a tattoo with the word "self" on his right forearm and a tattoo of the word "made" on his left forearm.  One of the people in the truck is a white male, bald, large build, wearing a teal T-shirt.  The second is a white male, with facial hair, thinner build, wearing a black hoodie and a black hat.  The boy was transferred to Miami Valley Hospital and is in critical condition.  If you can identify the boy or the men who dropped him off, call Middletown Police at 513-425-7700.
