E+O Kitchen's Tuna Poke recipe
Tuna Poke (serves 2)
- Diced Ahi Tuna
- Sesame Seeds
- 1 Cucumber (portioned and sliced)
- 2x Carrots (portioned and cut)
- 2x Radish (sliced)
- 1x Avocado (portioned and cut)
Spicy mayo: 1-cup heavy mayonnaise, 2-tbls siracha, 1-tbls mirin, 1-tbls sesame oil, 1-tbls soy sauce.
Poke sauce: 1-cup eel sauce, 2-teaspoon chili oil, 1/4-cup soy sauce.
To build plate: Nori toastado, diced ahi tuna (tossed in poke sauce), fried shallots, sesame seeds, cucumber, carrot, radish, avocado, spicy mayo.
