Triple Crown Burger

  • 1/2# ground apple wood smoked bacon
  • 1/2# ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbl water
  • For best results place all ingredients except for water and mix on low speed for 30 seconds.

Add water in while still mixing on low speed for an additional 10 seconds. This will help the two different meats bind to each other

Form into two 8 oz patties and sear in a saute pan or a flat top griddle until completely cooked through.

At Parkers we are building ours on a Challah Bun with a bacon tomato jam, lettuce and smoked gouda cheese.

Any of your favorite burger toppings or sides will go with this burger depending on your personal tastes
