Man accused of overdosing, causing I-74 crash held on over $300,000 bond
GREEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A northern Kentucky man was in court Saturday morning after allegedly causing a crash while high on heroin.
28 year-old Scott Kinmon is now being held on a $320,000 bond.
The crash happened Friday afternoon on I-74 in Green Township. That part of I-74 was shut down for a short time.
Police say Kinmon was driving a tractor trailer that hit a guardrail. It then jackknifed and blocked all lanes of westbound traffic.
Other motorists had to pull Kinmon out of the truck. Narcan was used to revive him.
Court documents show Kinmon also overdosed in the cab of a semi in July.
