CPD captain accuses several high-ranked officers of sexual harassment, discrimination
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A Cincinnati Police captain is accusing several of the department's highest-ranked officers of sexual harassment and discrimination and claims it is part of a scheme to drive out the police chief.
Captain Bridget Bardua outlined the complaints in a letter to the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
She says she's constantly being targeted for policies that have been in place since before she took over as commander and she claims officers working under her have been questioned about her leadership.
She says it's because she's a woman and because she supports Chief Elliot Isaac.
She did not say how her alleged mistreatment is connected to Chief Isaac.
