Curate My Community: Cincinnati Museum artifacts to move around during restoration
CINCINNATI (Adam Clements) - If you've ever visited Union Terminal and the Cincinnati Museum Center, a few things stand out when you walk inside.
In particular, the massive dinosaur skeleton that's on display.
Right now, Union Terminal is in the process of being renovated, so the dinosaur, along with several other pieces had to find new temporary homes.
Adam Clements speaks with Paleontologist Glen Stores who details the process of relocating a 7-foot Allosaurus to the Cincinnati Public Library.
The Allosaurus is expected to stay at its current location in the library for about 2 1/2 years until renovations at the Cincinnati Museum Center is complete.
Other items from Union Terminal will also be on display at libraries in Boone and Kenton Counties, as well as Mount Saint Joseph University's campus and at the Children's Theater of Cincinnati.
