Driver critically injured in accident with Cincinnati police officer
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Police say a driver was critically injured when his car crossed the center line and was hit by a Cincinnati police vehicle downtown.
According to police, Tyrone Mack, 30, was driving north on Central Parkway Monday morning, when he hit the police Ford Explorer driven by Sgt. Charles White.
Mack was taken to UC Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Sgt. White was also taken to the hospital where he was treated and released.
Cincinnati Police are looking for witnesses. Call the Traffic Unit at 352-2514 if you have any information.
