Man accused in drive-by shooting that killed 1 held on $3.5M bond

A suspect in a drive-by shooting that killed a man and wounded a Marine is behind bars on a $3.5 million bond. (WKRC)

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A suspect in a drive-by shooting that killed a man and wounded a Marine is behind bars on a $3.5 million bond.

Twenty-nine-year-old Benjamin Quinn turned himself into Hamilton County Sheriff's detectives. He's charged with aggravated murder and felonious assault.

Detectives say Quinn is one of the people who shot Jacob Baker and Jarid Carl on Blue Ash Road after a fight at the Car Rock Cafe in Deer Park in June.

Baker was killed.

David Shirley is also accused in the murder.

Quinn appeared in court for the first time Monday.
