Man arrested for failing to tell partner he was HIV-positive
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - According to a Hamilton County court affidavit, 30-year-old Mikhil Bracey had sex with at least two women, who he did not tell he had tested positive for HIV.
The female victim provided this information to police. Bracey, according to the document, had sex with her on several occasions over a span of six months and never told her that he was infected and a carrier of HIV.
The document alleges that the sex act occurred around the date of November 1, 2014 at an address in East Price Hill. Court documents were filed in November 2015, but Bracey was not booked into the Justice Center until Friday.
Bracey was arraigned Saturday morning on two counts of felonious assault. His bond was set at $300,000.
