Man involved in 1994 Norwood murder granted parole
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A man who was part of a cold-blooded murder in the 90s will soon be getting out of prison.
A board granted Brian Prichard parole Wednesday despite thousands of letters requesting to keep him behind bars and a plea from the victim's high school sweetheart.
Prichard and Matthew May chased down Larry Kincer in Norwood in 1994 and shot him in the head. Kincer, as it turns out, wasn't the guy they were looking for.
Prichard didn't actually pull the trigger, but he's set to get out of prison in 2018 after he goes through a program that helps him adjust to life outside of prison.
