Ohio Rep. calls for freeze on all medical marijuana grow licenses
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - An Ohio State lawmaker is calling on the state to suspend licenses for all medical marijuana growers.
Representative Larry Householder wants it because of new findings from the group "Cannascend."
He says one of the consultants hired to grade the applications is a convicted drug dealer and was paid $150,000 a year.
"Cannascend" applied to be a grower, but was denied.
Representative Householder says the report is verified.
