Man dies after he is hit by one car and dragged by minivan

Police say the man was killed in a hit-and-run in which three vehicles were involved (Adam Robbins, WKRC)

EAST PRICE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - Cincinnati Police say a pedestrian was struck and killed in a hit-and-run in East Price Hill. Cincinnati Police have identified him as Federico Ventura, 45.

Police say Ventura was struck at Warsaw and McPherson just before 7 a.m. Inbound Warsaw Avenue was closed while police investigated. Police said his family was nearby when it happened.

Investigators say the man was first hit by a black car, which did not stop. As the victim was lying in the street, a second vehicle hit him and dragged him to McPherson. That car then hit other vehicles before coming to a stop on McPherson. The victim was trapped underneath the vehicle.

Police are looking for that black car that they say has damage. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
