VIDEO: Man assaults disabled person in front of convenience store

CHESTER COUNTY, PA (WSYX/WTTE) -- A Pennsylvania man is facing assault charges after he was arrested for allegedly punching a disabled person in front of a convenince store.

Police said 29-year-old Barry Baker turned himself into police shortly after they released the surveillance cam video of the assault on Monday.

In the video, Baker was mocking the way the man (who has cerebral palsy) walks before he punched him in the face, police said.

The incident happened on May 10.
