Deceased child tests positive for meth, 4 charged
VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WKRC) - Four people who were arrested after a 9-year-old boy died in Vigo County, Indiana are now facing additional charges.
9-year-old Cameron Hoopingarner died in February. He weighed less than 15 pounds at the time.
His autopsy showed that he had methamphetamine in his system.
The amounts were small, which suggest that Cameron was not given meth directly, but he was in proximity to someone who was smoking the drug.
