Bengals wide receiver Green to miss Pro Bowl due to injury
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton is replacing Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green on the AFC Pro Bowl roster, according to ESPN.com, as Green has opted out of the game due to an apparent injury.
Green missed a couple of snaps in the regular-season finale at Baltimore after suffering what appeared to be a leg injury while attempting to catch a pass along the sideline, but returned to the game.
Green finished the 2017 season with 75 receptions for 1,078 yards and eight touchdowns.
The Pro Bowl selection marked the seventh straight in his seven-year career, although he couldn't played last season after suffering a torn hamstring in the 10th game against Buffalo.
