CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Championship teams are built during the off season, and no one knows that better than former NFL player Scott Kooistra.

The offensive lineman spent seven seasons with the Bengals before seeing his career cut short by a spinal cord injury.

Now in his third year as offensive line coach at Mason, Kooistra is helping aspiring linemen perfect their craft.

With defensive players getting bigger and quicker, the offensive line has to keep pace as the attached story will show.
