OSU Football Team Offers Grieving Father Consolation

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKRC) -- The Ohio State football team offers consolation to a grieving father who lost his daughter in a car crash.

Dom Tiberi, the sportscaster at the CBS affiliate in Columbus lost his 21 year old daughter, Maria, two weeks ago.  When he returned to work last week, Tiberi thanked viewers for their support and told them a little piece of him died that day.

After Saturday's game against Wisconsin, the entire team lined up to hug Tiberi on their way to the locker room.  The gesture moved Tiberi to tears.

Tiberi's daughter was a student at OSU and a few days after her death, more than 100,000 fans stood silent in her honor before game at Ohio Stadium. OSU Football Team Offers Grieving Father Consolation
