Winton Woods scores 56 unanswered points on way to state title game

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKRC) - Winton Woods (13-1) played in its first OHSAA state semifinal since 2009 on Friday night, and the Warriors weren't going to let their season end there.

Down 21-0 after one quarter to Massillon Washington (10-4), the Warriors scored 56 unanswered points en route to a 56-21 victory at St. Francis de Sales High School.

Winton Woods will face Akron Archbishop Hoban in the Division II state championship game on Thursday at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton.
