Former OSU QB/WR Torrance Gibson will enroll in community college, not UC
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - An old friend will not be reuniting with UC football head coach Luke Fickell.
Former Ohio State quarterback/wide receiver Torrance Gibson had a plan in place to enroll at UC this fall, but that reportedly will not happen now.
Gibson was supposed to complete a certain amount of coursework at Cincinnati State to be eligible to play for the Bearcats this upcoming season, and that reportedly did not happen. Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College announced Thursday afternoon that Gibson is enrolled.
Upon graduating from MGCCC this winter, Gibson could potentially transfer back to a Division I school and have two years of eligibility remaining.
