LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) - Kentucky dispatched Eastern Kentucky last Saturday to move to 2-0 on the season and now turns its attention to Southeastern Conference play with a trip to South Carolina this weekend. The Cats will be looking for their fourth win in a row vs. the Gamecocks, who have been impressive in starting 2-0, including a SEC road win at Missouri. The SEC opener will kick off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia.

It's the 29th meeting in a series that dates back to 1937. Carolina leads the all-time series 17-10-1. The Wildcats have won each of the last three contests, their longest winning streak in the series.
