JDRF Young Leadership Committee To Host Benefit Concert, Friday, Nov. 1
CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The JDRF Southwest Ohio Chapters Young Leadership Committee is excited to announce their unique benefit concert will take place Friday, November 1, at 7:00 p.m. at The Redmoor in Mt. Lookout. The Benefit Concert, which raises money to help find a cure for Type 1 diabetes, will feature live music, exclusive raffles and a grand prize of two round trip airfares on the Ultimate Air Shuttle from Cincinnati to NYC. Only 100 tickets will be available for the event and are available now, for purchase at http://jdrfevents.donordrive.com/event/redmoor2013/.
The event will kick-off at 7:00 p.m. sharp with live music performed by Sam-I-Was. From 7:00 9:00 p.m., a special VIP section will be available for all adult Type-One Mentors and those who might be interested in learning more about becoming a mentee. The benefit concert will bring a lively, vibrant atmosphere with an entertaining audience and raffle prizes, including the chance to win two round-trip airfares on Ultimate Air Shuttle from Cincinnati to NYC and up to four nights accommodations in beautiful Manhattan, NY. Attendees also wont want to miss the official after party at The Stand, in Mt. Lookout, which begins immediately following the concert.

Tickets range in price, from a $40 ticket, which includes everything except drink tickets, up to an all-inclusive ticket for $50 ticket and includes: three drink tickets for Miller-Coors products, Heidelberg wine and well liquor. All ticket levels include valet parking and heavy appetizers that will be served throughout the night. Raffle tickets are available even if not in event attendance. The Young Leadership Committee is a group of young professionals dedicated to raising funds and awareness for JDRF. The committee hosts various fundraising, networking, and social events that attract hundreds of young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40with and without type 1 diabetes. Recognizing the value of young professionals, the YLC supports JDRF though events that are dynamic, energetic and fun.
