Health Alert: Eat Red Foods

CINCINNATI (Liz Bonis) -- As you may know, February is National Heart Health Month, and you are encouraged to wear red for women, But also you may want to eat red foods according to a new report. It is published in the journal of nutritional science and vitaminology
Researchers found those who got more red foods, got more lycopene and that's been linked to lower rates of certain types of cancer.  This, according to a review of 17 studies.

So here is the list of foods recommended, red bell peppers, red beets, red cabbage, red potatoes, and tomatoes. In tomatoes, if you cook them it's enhanced. So you may want to actually get them on pizza.
