Health Alert: Body and Brain

CINCINNATI (Liz Bonis) -- It's been hard these days to get out and get some exercise, but even if you can get out for a little bit this study found it not only helps your body, it also helps your brain.

We stopped out at Children's Hospital Medical Center with William for a story.  The study was found in the Journal Frontiers and Aging.  Researchers say that compared to those who had been sedentary, those who got one hour of exercise three days a week for 12 weeks had much better memory and thinking skills.

If you have noticed that as you are hanging out and not doing much activity these days then you may seem to be forgetful.  It might be time to get up and do something even if you have to do it inside.
