Arnold's Bar And Grill Shares Recipe

Jazzy Salmon from Arnold's Bar and Grill, 210 East 8th Street, Downtown Cincinnati.


2 salmon fillets marinated for at least 2 hours in

2 ounce tequila

Juice of 1 small lime

1 tablespoon olive oil

about 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

pinch of cayenne pepper (please just ad a pinch or it will be too hot)

pinch of salt


Cook skin side down over medium heat for 4 minutes or until very crispy and you can see the meat has cook about 1/2 way up.  Flip and cook for about 2 minutes.  Please adjust your time to your preference of done ness.  


Once you flip and cook your salmon for 2 minutes add 1 ounce of tequila to skillet with 1/4 cup cubed fresh pineapple.  Serve with sides of your choice.  I am serving mine with black beans and rice. --owner Ronda Breeden
