Horseshoe Casino's Chef Teaches Cancer Cuisine
CINCINNATI - Horseshoe Casino's executive chef teaches Cancer Cuisine at The Summit Restaurant.
Chef Pete Ghione will prepare foods that help prevent cancer Thursday as part of an event put on by The Summit Restaurant and the Midwest Culinary Institute. They are collaborating with the Horseshoe Casino for a cooking demonstration, discussion and dinner.
The nutritious dinner will include chicken tacos, braised chicken, organic salmon and scallops.
The event is at 6 p.m. on Thursday. It is $55 a person.
