Clinton County Man Faces Animal Cruelty Charges Again

CLINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) --  A Clinton County judge orders the owner of a Clinton County property where dead and malnourished animals were found, held on $1,500 bond.

Ken Huffaker turned himself in on Friday. He was already on probation for animal cruelty charges.

At least four dead horses and cow carcasses were found on the 30-acre property near Martinsville. Crews also took away several more starving horses, sheep and goats.

Huffaker was on probation for previous animal cruelty charges. The judge revoked his probation after determining Huffaker violated a court order to take proper care of his animals and keep his property cleaned up. He also faces four new counts of animal cruelty.
