Shots Fired Out of Road Rage

PENDLETON COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) -- Shots fired in Pendleton County caused a lock down at a nearby school.

Sheriff's Deputies say it was the result of road rage.

A driver says a dump truck ran a stop sign and almost ran over his car.  He followed the dump truck to the quarry, which is about a mile from Northern Elementary in Butler.

The shots did not hit anyone.  Police charged the driver of the car.

The school was only on lock down for about 15 minutes.
