Wreath Laid at Lone Sailor Memorial

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKRC) -- Reviews of security have been ordered at Navy and Marine Corps installations in the wake of the deadly Navy Yard Shooting.

The 12 people who were killed in the mass shooting are being honored and remembered by the military.

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and senior defense officials laid a wreath at the Lone Sailor Memorial in honor of the victims.

All of the victims were civilians or contractors.

Investigators say they now believe shooter Aaron Alexis acted alone.  They also say Alexis used a shotgun he brought with him and a handgun that he somehow acquired on site.

He did not have an AR-15 assault rifle as they had reported earlier.

An AR-15 was found in the area, but likely belongs to a member of the military or police.
