Man Charged in Connection with Drug Overdose

COVINGTON, Kentucky (WKRC Allison Pfeffer) -- A Covington man now faces federal charges for allegedly selling heroin to a person, who then died from an overdose.

A federal grand jury charged 28-year-old Timothy Tingle with distribution of heroin resulting in death. Tingle is currently in the Campbell County Jail. The alleged drug deal was back in April. Tingle was just arrested yesterday. He'll face a judge on Thursday.
If he's convicted, Tingle could face 20 years to life in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.i
