Forensic Pathologist Testifies In Michael Moore Trial

A high-profile murder trial continues today in Northern Kentucky.

Today is day three for the Michael Moore trial at the Boone County Courthouse in Burlington.

Moore is on trial for murdering his parents Warren and Madge Moore at their Union home in 2009.

Moore is now claiming he killed his father in self-defense and that his dad shot his mother.

Today a forensic pathologist took the stand for the prosecution. Dr. Gregory Wanger performed the autopsies on the Moore's. He testified the two died from intermediate range gunshot wounds to the head.

On Friday, a detective testified about finding the weapon used in the crime.  He said there were partial prints found on the gun, but none of them were tied to Moore.
