Reds Lose to Cardinals 5-4

The reds had a chance to win three straight games against the cardinals, but blew it in the 15th inning.

The game was tied four to four with Shin Soo Choo on third base. Chris Heisey comes up to bat with a chance to win the game with two out. Instead, he fanned on a squeeze attempt and Choo, who had already broke for home, was tagged out. Matt Adams' second homer sent St. Louis to a 5-4 victory over the reds in the next inning. That protected the cardinals' hold on second place in the NL central.

The two play again tonight at 7:10 at Great American Ball Park. Oh and by the way, it's dollar hot dog night at the park.
