Man Accused of Firing Shots, Forcing School Lockdown in Court

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The man, police say fired shots near Oyler school causing it to go on lockdown, appeared in court today.

Roy Lee is charged with felonious assault for Wednesday's incident. Police say he was trying to shoot a man on Neave Road, near Storrs. That's when Oyler went on lockdown.

SWAT officers were called to the neighborhood to track him down. A negotiator convinced Lee to surrender.

A judge ordered Lee locked up on $10,000 bond.
