BROWN COUNTY, Ohio (Deb Dixon) -- As Brown County detectives compare highway shooting notes with cities across the country, Brittany Stykes' husband is afraid to take his little girl home.

Aubree was crying for her mother when they were found in the wrecked jeep.
Brittany Stykes was driving when bullets shot through the door killed her. A bullet went into the baby's head travelled along the skull and came out.
Her father is afraid to take her home until his wife's killer is caught.
Aubree asks for her mommy. Her father doesn't know what to say.
He tells Local 12s Deb Dixon, I haven't crossed that bridge, I don't know what to tell her. That's one of the things I don't know how to handle. I don't know how to explain to her. Theres going to come a time when shes going to want to know and I have no idea how to explain this.
Shane hopes someday he can tell his daughter what happened here on US 68, who killed her mother and why. For now he tells her her mother is an angel.
